King Aardvark

I just finished reading this series of posts, and I must say it was really interesting and thought-provoking. I can't really add anything more than that because it's so far outside my realm of personal experience: your wife is fine with it; my wife would kill me 20 times over if I did such a thing.

Btw, I sympathize with the "can't afford it, just bought a house" thing. We just bought a house, and despite having two normal, relatively well paying professional jobs (not "low-paying hippie-anarchist" jobs), there is literally no money left.

Congrats on the new place though.

Thank you for this series. I found it fascinating. I've never really considered paying a pro, not because I think there's anything wrong with it -- some of my friends are or have been sex workers -- mostly because I don't have much disposable cash. But reading this has made it much more tempting.

Do you really want to let yourself be selfish and cruel, though? It might be in the "Not Going There" category (like the post you wrote about men who don't want to spank women). Maybe it's just not in you...and that's not necessarily a bad thing.

This series turned me on and bothered me at the same time.

While I have mostly felt comfortable around all kinds of sex, I have never felt comfortable around sex workers working. I love me some pornography, anything where there is not a live person right there while I'm busy objectifying them. I heartily approve of people doing sex work; my first wife was a topless dancer for several years when we were both in college. While some of that was hotness for me mostly it was just her job. A job I never visited while she was working both at her request and by my preference.

So, thank you for writing this. I wonder what it would be like for you if somebody else paid for your next session? Or if you won it as a prize on the radio?
